How does the revenue-share model work? +
We get paid a percentage of the revenue our system generates for you. If the system does not produce results, we do not get paid. The exact percentage is a strategy call conversation. The principle is simple: our income depends on your growth.
What trades do you work with? +
Roofing is our primary entry point, followed by driveways and patios. From there we expand into adjacent high-AOV exterior trades: conservatories, extensions, fencing, render, windows. UK only.
What if my area is already taken? +
We work with one client per trade per postcode. No exceptions. If your area is taken, we will tell you on the strategy call and put you on the waitlist for that slot. We will not string you along.
How quickly will I see results? +
Honest answer: the system takes 3 to 6 weeks to build, test, and start producing pre-qualified appointments at scale. Some clients see early appointments in week 2. We do not promise specific appointment counts in month one. The model is the guarantee.
